Zane is trying really hard to crawl lately; I'm sure he'll get it down in no time (which will be a challenge for us since we'll have to keep the gates closed again). He goes from the sitting position forward onto his knees and pushes and rocks a little before he gets tired and collapses to his belly. And he finally has 2 bottom teeth, but since he is Terran's brother, he also seems to have some weird thing going on where one tooth is way off to the side and a little crooked (unless he got one front tooth and one side tooth - who knows). Now we have to decide whether we should take him to the dentist now or wait, since they probably can't do anything about it now anyway. He has been pretty difficult about sleeping lately, but otherwise just as happy as usual. He's growing fast but is still a cute, squishy, smiley baby for a little longer!
These pics are SO adorable! Siri did the pre-crawling thing for about two months before her debut; perhaps Zane will get the hang of it before she did. You'll have to capture it on video so we can all see when he starts crawling :)
ReplyDeleteSiri is also teething again...we're ready for the 7th one now. Pretty exciting stuff since it seems to never end...
