Very old pics I know (these are from Aug). Nana visited so Michael and I could do a half ironman (and then limp around for a week after). Sorry, no pics from the race because we were both doing it and Nana and the boys stayed at home. The pictures would probably not be too pretty either. We went up to Grand Lake to help celebrate our friends' 50th bday and went on a nice little hike. The boys also had fun playing in the freezing lake, got soaked and then realized that they were very cold afterwards.
